Your feedback helps us improve care. There are three ways to share your experience with the National Aspergillosis Centre (NAC). Each has a different purpose — you can use one or more.

  • Friends & Family Test (FFT) – the national NHS question about whether you’d recommend our service.

  • MFT Patient Experience Survey – a more detailed survey used across Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (including NAC).

  • Care Opinion – a public website where anyone can read and share stories about NHS care across the UK.

1) Friends & Family Test (FFT)

This short national survey asks whether you’d recommend our service to friends and family.
Complete the FFT: https://bit.ly/3wUmj3w

Why it matters: FFT gives us a quick snapshot of patient experience and allows national benchmarking.

2) MFT Patient Experience Survey

This Trust-wide survey collects more detailed feedback about your experience with services at MFT, including NAC.
Share detailed feedback (MFT): https://ex.civicamysay.co.uk/BBZgH6Czyf

Why it matters: We use these results to improve how our clinics run, communications, and support.

3) Care Opinion (public comments)

Care Opinion is a public, independent website for patient stories about NHS care across the UK.
Post or read stories on Care Opinion: https://www.careopinion.org.uk/services/r0a66

Note: Comments about NAC shoudl be entered/read under North Manchester General Hospital → Infectious Diseases, which is NAC’s official NHS registration, even though the clinic is sited at Wythenshawe Hospital.
