The NAC patient and carer meeting
Each month the National Aspergillosis Centre hosts a meeting for patients and carers at Wythenshawe Hospital. We normally host one main speaker followed by short talks from the communications team (Graham, Beth, Chris, Lauren) on a selection of the latest research and clinical trials or NAC news.
We also use the time to get your feedback on how the service is run and find out what you want from the communications team, for example, we modified the design of the wallet alert card based on feedback on the prototype we brought to this meeting. Occasionally we recruit participants for research projects, such as the dust trial.
When? First Friday of every month 13:00-15:00 (refreshments from 12:30)*
Where? Altounyan Suite, Wythenshawe Hospital*
